Transitioning to Dogbowl
Introducing a new food is not a bad thing at all. Sticking to the same proteins every day will only limit the spectrum of nutrient and vitamin consumption in the long run. In some cases, the pet's body will be less equipped to break down the protein that is fed everyday, which can lead to food allergies and reactions over time.
We recommend all dogs to undergo a transition from their existing food to Dogbowll so that they can get used to their new diet. This is especially important for dogs who are mainly fed commercially processed pet food. If there are soft stools at the start, go slower and mix Dogbowl with existing food for a longer period of time!
